The Scotsman news website

Website UI design for the Scottish newspaper The Scotsman. The client provided the website sections and grid structure, and we followed the look and feel of the printed edition.

User research and scenarios for gaming project

Project developed with a team.
It consisted of user research, ideation and proposal for a gaming project. The research included several methods, such as user observations, contextual inquiries, gaming, card sorting, on-site interviews, etc.
The research team included: Human Factors specialist, Project Manager, designers, and took place in several locations in the Bay Area and in Barcelona. The deliverable was a design proposal that included user scenarios. Work developed at IDEO.

Design thinking workshop within a project

5-day Design thinking workshop with students of architecture and design.

Some of the things the workshop included were: theory, class dynamics, empathy exercises, observations, interviews, synthesis, ideation/brainstorming, prototyping, role play and final presentation.
The students developed two projects: one for an elder community and another involved the redesign of the internal spaces at the Communication School building.

Pandora website

Paper crafted Annual report

Pamplona’s Commonwealth of Municipalities report. Created using all kinds of recycled paper (old thrift store books, toilet paper rolls, cardboard boxes, old magazines, envelopes, milk cartons, etc.).
The graphics were constructed gluing together the pieces of cut paper, then photographied.
On top of the pictures, type with the data, years and numbers was added.
